Schedule your own appointments online!
With our new scheduler, you no longer have to call our office to schedule an appointment - you can set one up online!
This service is only available for current patients. New patients (or those we haven't seen in over three years), please see below!
Set up an account
Click the "schedule now" button below to create your own account. All you need is an email address and a password. (Yes, this service is free!) You'll see a "patient login" button on the left side of the page under Dr. Baertlein's photo. Set up your account (or log in, if you already have one)!
Schedule your appointment
You'll find a "schedule now" button on the right side of that page. Click on that, and, you'll be able to choose the date when you'd like your appointment. Select the type of appointment you want, and choose from options that are available for that specific appointment type. Follow the directions, fill in your information, and you're good to go!
We'll email you!
As soon as our staff sees that you've scheduled an appointment, we'll confirm that this will work for our schedule via email. If, for some reason, this doesn't work for us, we'll let you know via email and give you a call to find a better time slot.
New Patients
In order to set up an appointment as a new patient, please contact our office at 262.925.8600. We have a lot of information we need to get from you, and you've got a lot of information we'll need to send you! Once you've already had your first appointment set up at our office, you'll be able to schedule all the online appointments you want.
If you are an established patient, but you have not had an appointment with Dr. Baertlein for more than three years, we will need to see you as a new patient. Please contact our office so that we can update your information and send you our new patient forms.
